Who is responsible for your data

yar is the data controller. For any question, write to hello@hello-yar.com.

What we collect, and why

When you request a trial, we collect your name, email address, company and country. We use them to contact you and set up your trial workspace. We process this data to take the steps you asked for before a possible contract.

If you email us, we use your message and address to reply.

How long we keep it

We keep trial requests only for as long as we need them to handle your request and follow up on your trial. We then delete them, unless you become a customer.

Who can see it

Your details are stored on servers provided by our host, OVH, and are sent to our team by email through our email provider. We don't sell your data or share it for advertising.

Analytics and cookies

We measure visits with Umami, which we run ourselves at analytics.hello-yar.com. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't track you across other websites. This website sets no cookies, so there is no cookie banner.

If you sign in to the yar application at app.hello-yar.com, it sets two cookies that keep you signed in. They end when you sign out, and at most 30 days after you sign in.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, and you can object to or restrict how we use it. To do so, write to hello@hello-yar.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority, which is the CNIL in France.
